1.1 FINDEVENT is a platform owned by Américo Sábio Tomás, NIF 179810545, with address at Rua Francisco Almeida Grandela, n.º 2, 2500-487 Foz do Arelho.

1.2 Use of this site implies acceptance by the user of these Terms and Conditions, as well as the privacy policy, and their knowledge and acceptance is presumed by their use.

1.3 The owner of this website reserves the right to freely make any changes to these terms and conditions or privacy policy at any time, without prior notice, and is therefore recommended to consult them regularly.

1.4 It also reserves the right to interrupt or suspend access to this page for as long as it deems necessary for any reason, and cannot be held responsible for any interruptions and/or suspensions that may occur.

2. WHAT IT IS AND HOW IT WORKS?

2.1 FINDEVENT's aim is to make it possible to bring together the supply and demand for events taking place in Portugal and abroad, completely free of charge for its users, providing a more convenient way of finding all the information in one place.

2.2 The information provided by FINDEVENT is authorised in advance by the event organiser or promoter, and it cannot be held responsible for any information provided by third parties.

2.2.1 FINDEVENT accepts no responsibility for any information, security and privacy policy, form, content or practices of these sites, which are entirely the responsibility of the event organiser/promoter.

2.2.2 At events where tickets have to be purchased, there will be a field with the option ‘buy’ which will redirect you to the respective page of the event organiser/promoter, so that you can purchase the ticket directly from them.

2.3 FINDEVENT also allows its users to register on this site via e-mail or username and password, and they can publish their own events.

3. THE USER

3.1 The user undertakes to respect the legislation in force, particularly with regard to the protection of copyright and industrial property, and is solely responsible for the use made of all the content available on this site.

3.2 It also undertakes to act respectfully, not engaging in any unlawful behaviour against the rights of the owner of the site, its users or other Internet users, using it as an active tool for searching for events or introducing its own events, and respecting its purpose.

3.3 Users whose behaviour is unlawful or fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions may be subject to provisional sanctions, such as suspension of use of this site or, in more serious situations, permanent blocking of use.

3.4 3.4 The user registered on the site is responsible for the correct use and confidentiality of their access credentials, namely ‘e-mail’ or ‘username’ and ‘password’.
