Modern Magic

MODERN MAGIC with JAKE BANFIELD

Saturday 24 October

London’s longest-running one-man magic show is back!

Fresh from his success as a live semi-finalist on Britain’s Got Talent 2026, magician and mind reader Jake Banfield returns with MODERN MAGIC - an intimate, interactive and brilliantly entertaining night of impossible magic.

A proud member of The Magic Circle, Jake has spent years performing for audiences around the world, but MODERN MAGIC is where you get to experience his magic exactly as it should be seen: live, up close and with absolutely nowhere to hide.

Forget top hats, rabbits and old-fashioned magic clichés. This is magic for a modern audience.

Expect incredible sleight of hand, impossible predictions, mind reading, audience participation, comedy and moments that will leave you wondering how on earth they could have happened.

And the audience isn’t simply there to watch - they’re part of the show.

Every performance is different because the people in the room help create it. Thoughts are revealed, choices are predicted, coincidences become impossible and ordinary objects are used to create extraordinary moments right in front of you.

Jake’s relaxed, funny and contemporary style has made MODERN MAGIC the longest-running one-man magic show in London, building a loyal audience and proving that some things simply have to be experienced live.

Now, following his recent appearance in the Britain’s Got Talent live shows, there’s never been a better time to see him perform.

Whether you’re a lifelong magic fan or the biggest sceptic in the room, MODERN MAGIC is designed to give you the same feeling: that wonderful moment when you know what you’ve just witnessed should be impossible… but you saw it happen anyway.

No camera tricks. No special effects. Just a room full of people and a magician attempting to do the impossible.

Come with friends, bring a date, or bring the person who insists they “know how magic works.”

They probably won’t by the end.
