BGCP is taking over The Hub on the weekend of September 5th and 6th, 2026, for a massive two-day celebration of pop culture, trading card games, comics, and family fun.

Whether you are looking for free family events in East Kilbride, hunting for rare comic books, or wanting to buy, sell, and trade Pokémon cards in Lanarkshire, BGCP is the ultimate geek day out near Glasgow!

Location: The Hub @ EK Shopping Centre

We are located in The Hub, the central leisure destination of EK, East Kilbride. Our location places us right next to the restaurants, the Odeon Cinema, and the Ice Rink - making it easy to grab lunch or explore the shopping centre between browsing the market stalls.

What to Expect at East Kilbride Comic Con

We're bringing over 60 independent traders, artists, and collectible specialists to East Kilbride! Browse through a massive selection of merchandise you won't find on the high street:

Comics and Collectibles: Graphic novels, rare single issues, action figures, retro toys, anime merchandise, and custom artwork from local creators.

Trading Cards and TCG : The ultimate hub to buy, sell, and trade. Browse single cards, booster boxes, and rare collectibles for Pokémon, Magic: The Gathering, Lorcana, Yu-Gi-Oh!, and sports cards

Free Character Meet and Greets: Meet your favourite superheroes, movie villains, and pop-culture mascots throughout the entire weekend.

Cosplay: We encourage everyone to dress up! Whether you're Spider-Man, a Jedi, an anime hero, or a casual fan, all cosplayers are welcome.

Gaming and Props: Check out retro gaming zones and take photos with giant movie props located around the venue.
